Tiger Mask Events presented a great show at the Juke Joint in Anaheim, CA headlined by psychobilly legends, The Guana Batz, all the way from the U.K., and the show also featured a hot, artistic burlesque performance by Victoria Vengeance. Heck, there was even a marriage proposal from a young couple during The Guana Batz set. This show really had a little bit of everything.
Up first to kick off the night was a short but rockin set from Los Angeles, CA based “Badluck Bandits“. These young guys set the hard rockin tempo for the night with their excellent rockabilly-psychobilly sounds.
Next up was “Devil Doll“. Devil Doll, backed by her band, brought her angry themed hard rockin songs which totally got the crowd all riled up. This talented female can not only sing, but she can also play a mean bass! Excellent set.
Time for a special burlesque performance by “Victoria Vengeance”. Very seductive and artistic performance with a dark and gloomy feel. Very well done. Bravo!
And your headliners, one of the psychobilly greats all the way from the U.K………. The Guana Batz! These guys did not disappoint. Pip may be older but he sure was moving around like a teenager up on that stage. Very energetic set and had there not been security, the whole venue might have been destroyed by the fired up crowd!
A great event put on by Tiger Mask Events, and I recommend that you catch one of their shows if they are ever promoting in your area. Guaranteed to have some great bands in the lineup.
