The Opening Set is something I started building in November of 2008 and then completed and went live in January of 2009. I wanted to make a website that deals with a couple of things that I feel strongly about: Music (especially independent musicians), entertainment and video gaming, especially sports gaming.

I have a great deal of respect for musicians as I myself have played a few gigs here and there in the past and I know all the troubles and dedication that goes into making music. So as you can see by taking a look around the site, that I am trying to help out musicians in any way I can by getting them some added exposure. If you are a musician, I would love to hear from you and your music! I am always looking for good music. And if you are in Southern Cali, Roobie and I would love to catch one of your shows and take some good photos for our Show Gallery.
